The unquestionable advantages of an expansions built in steel frame are:
- the lightness of construction - steel frame does not add much of an additional weight on a foundations and bearing walls;
- work may be carried while residents of the building perform their normal life activities;
- lack of heavy construction noises;
- a limited period of heavy construction equipment usage;
- no wet work;
- dry-assemble technology - putting the elements together is carried out in a short cycles;
- a short period of construction;
- a light steel makes it possible to apply any façade chosen by the investor as well as any indoor wall finish;
- possibility of steel frame being used with all traditional technologies.
Due to the fact that most of the frame is panellised at the Production Plant, entire process flows fast and efficiently, ready for finishing job immediately after expansion is erected. |
